Jane is a talented acupuncturist who has treated me for several issues over the past few years. Most significantly, she worked with me at the end of my two pregnancies, with babies who did not want to turn head-down in the womb. Jane treated me for my breech babies with needles and moxibustion. In both cases, the treatment helped to encourage fetal movement, and in both cases, my babies turned head-down, and both were delivered naturally. (Hooray!) As a woman who comes from a long line of women who have c-sections, it really meant a lot to not have the option of natural birth off the table when my due date rolled around.
I have also seen Jane for other issues that involved treatment with supplements and topical herbal remedies, as well as needles, and I have been very pleased with the results. One of the treatments in particular was to accompany western medicine treatment. Jane allowed me to explain what medications I had been prescribed, what wasn't working, and she designed a treatment plan that helped me get the results my doctor was aiming for, but weren't happening with prescriptions alone. In this regard, I think her background in western medicine enhances her practice, and I think this makes her a great choice for someone who wants to work with a practitioner who has an understanding of western medicine.
I love Jane! I have been doing acupuncture for allergies and a couple of other ailments for several years. Jane has helped tremendously. She provides a safe, secure atmosphere that inspires results. I haven’t had a western medicine allergy pill in months. I’m actually looking forward to Cedar and Oak season to see what happens. I can’t believe how amazing I feel! Thanks Jane!
Every two weeks, for the past four years, I have had Acupuncture sessions with Jane Yu. I strongly believe that these visits have been very beneficial, both physically and emotionally, in controlling my Parkinson’s symptoms. She is very knowledgeable in all areas of her field and has been willing to share this information. Her gentle demeanor, wisdom and professionalism are to be admired in the Health Care Community as well as by the General Public.
